Anyone can raise a regulatory issue - from the public through to industry bodies and advocacy groups.
We will review and respond to all the feedback we receive, which will help the team better understand where there might be problems with regulation that may need to be fixed.
Data from feedback will also help us decide which regulations or sectors to formally review, will inform compliance and education activities, and help to promote good regulatory practice.
Ultimately better rules and regulations will enable New Zealanders to do more - leading to more productive use of people’s time.
