The Quick Guides are a part of the Ministry's Regulatory Practice Essentials Project. The project will deliver government regulators, and the people who work for them, access to learning materials that builds core, generic and fundamental regulatory capabilities. We developed the Quick Guides in collaboration with over 50 subject matter experts working in regulatory agencies across the Public Sector. These resources provide common language and standards which, alongside organisational capability strategies, lead to consistent regulatory practice across New Zealand.
