Our five interns with Gráinne Moss and Abbey Macalister from the Ministry for Regulation

We are excited to welcome five talented interns to the Ministry for Regulation for the summer.

Coming from different tertiary study backgrounds, they bring fresh energy and diverse perspectives, contributing to projects that align with the Ministry’s purpose of improving the quality of regulation to enable all New Zealanders to flourish.

Over the next three months, our interns will support various teams, gaining hands-on experience.

  • Caitlin is supporting the Regulatory System Capability team
  • Timothy and Shivaansh are supporting our Policy and Economics teams
  • Clara is supporting the Regulatory Reviews team
  • Neve is supporting the People and Operations team

The Ministry’s summer internship programme provides a great opportunity for tertiary students to gain practical experience working within a central government agency. We’re excited to help progress and support emerging talent, and we look forward to seeing the impact they will make during their time with us.
